A long-time Chicago resident, who did a brief stint in Los Angeles, Zoë is passionate about the importance of mental health, and strives to use her background in administration and communication to support clients in their mental health journey.

Zoë is experienced in providing support to clients and therapists in group therapy and private practice. From demystifying the insurance process to warm and friendly phone support, Zoë is a mental health administrator who provides compassionate care throughout every step of a client’s relationship with Next Step Counseling. She prioritizes inclusivity, and the trust and wellbeing of clients.

Zoë is a graduate of DePaul University, where she studied digital cinema and earned a minor in Spanish. Zoë has a special interest in developing and upholding inclusive community spaces.
